FitBanda offers a 120-day money back guarantee for clients who lose less than 8 kgs fat in this period. This period begins from the day of your account approval.
This is a matter of trust. We trust that our clients will diligently and sincerely follow our program TransformYou v3.0 and its stages as guided by FitBanda.
As this is also a potential business risk, FitBanda will agree to the refund request only if the client has submitted his/her data and progress reports on time whenever reminded via email during his/her membership. We have this condition because we want to ensure that:
Client have done their part of responsibility but still lost less than 8 kgs fat in 120 days, which means the FitBanda programs did not work for those clients.
Clients do not take undue advantage of the generous money back period and abuse or misuse this guarantee.
The total time needed for submitting the data required is just about 7 hours that is spread over 120 days. The approximate break-up of the time needed is:
Body weight and measurements (Once every 2 weeks and takes about 7 minutes),
Photographs (Once every month and takes about 15 minutes),
Food intolerance test (Only once in the entire program; takes about 10 minutes for 13 consecutive days),
pH Tests (Once every 2 weeks and takes about 5 minutes),
